Which Parking Methodology?

Method 1
A single beat between the hours of 0030-0530 on 2 separate weekday nights between Monday and Thursday
(Not public holidays).
Output in Excel format showing the total number of vehicles parked on each road, by side.
Neither Road Capacity, CAD Map or Parking Stress Levels included.

Method 2
A pre-survey site visit will be carried to ascertain all existing TRO’s. 
A single beat between the hours of 00:30-05:30 on 2 separate weekday nights between Monday and Thursday
(Not public holidays).
Excel output will include all Restrictions, Capacity of each road, by side and Parking Stress Levels. The location
of every parked vehicle (legal & illegal) is also included so negating the need for a CAD map.
Each road will be divisible into 5 metres bays (As per Lambeth methodology).

Method 3 - As per Method 2 plus CAD map with parking restrictions.
Method 4 - You supply the maps/measurements/spreadsheet with no'd bays and we complete the survey on them..

Method 5
A pre-survey site visit will be carried to ascertain all TRO’s. 
Multiple beats between specific times at intervals specified by client.
Excel output will include all Restrictions, Capacity of each road (by side), Parking Stress Levels and location of
every parked vehicle (legal & illegal).
Each road will be divisible into 5 or 6 metre bays, specified by client.
Method 6
A pre-survey site visit will be carried to ascertain all TRO’s. 
Multiple beats between specific times at intervals specified by client.
Excel output will include all Restrictions, Capacity of each road, by side, Parking Stress Levels and location of
every parked vehicle (legal & illegal).
Each road will be divisible into 5 or 6 metre bays, specified by client.
CAD map for every beat showing TRO’s and parked vehicle locations.

Road Width Note: We DO NOT measure the width of the road.  If in your opinion vehicles cannot park on both sides of
the road without causing an obstruction, please tell us which side of the road to exclude any restrictions on.

Lambeth methodology states:
The survey should be undertaken between the hours of 00:30-05:30 on 2 separate weekday nights between
Monday and Thursday (Not public holidays).
The survey will cover all roads within 200 metres of the site. 
Roads are divided up into 5 metre bays.
Vehicles parked on a restriction will be recorded but excluded from the parking stress calculation.
Single Yellow Lines will be included as part of the capacity as they are out of the default restriction of 08:00-
18:00, unless on street signs say otherwise.
The first 10 metres from a junction should be omitted from any capacity calculations.
Double Red/Yellow Lines,Bus Stops,White Lines & Dropped Kerbs are omitted from capacity calculations.
